I am a communications designer with specialized talent in branding and storytelling. I tell stories through graphic design, illustration and video. My methodology involves listening closely to my client’s stories, then distilling the essence of each narrative and transforming it into visual stories for brands or campaigns.
Through graphic design, I advocate social innovation. I’m interested in taking on design projects that benefit or advocate for social change. I aspire to become a great branding designer for social ventures.

My Blurb – 2nd version

Banner Design – Songs of Shuttered Places
This is a banner I am working on for a project I did called “Listen to Sugar Hill”. It’s a project around St Nick’s Pub, a jazz bar that closed down in Harlem. There are a lot of Jazz lovers that really misses the place, so I did a project that allowed them to write a love letter to the place. Then they stick their letter to the walls of the remaining building.

I am trying to expand the project to documentations of all shuttered spaces around the city, and so this banner is a part of the website redesign for this project. The idea is to have illustrations of different shuttered spaces in the background of the logo. Right now there is only one, but I will finish more soon!
